Refund policy

If delivery details have been entered incorrectly at checkout and a re-delivery is necessary another re-delivery fee will apply, as we cannot provide a refund .

Please examine your item and contact us asap (within 12 hours) if the item is damaged or incorrect in any way so that we can investigate the issue and resolve.

 After investigating the issue and Unless the item has been damaged in anyway we will be unable to  provide a refund.

Please note - Our Candy lines cannot be returned or refunded  due to change of mind or preference.
